Complete Lease and Make Required Deposits
If you are approved to rent the entire house at UW Manor then you will be required to complete a lease agreement and make certain deposits. We will discuss this process with you once you have been selected.
Easy Move-In Process
On the date of your move-in your keys will be waiting for you. We will complete a form with you that shows the condition of your bedroom and the common areas. This is important because you are responsible for any damages to the property.
