We Handle all the Details

Our goal is to make living at the UW as easy as possible. The living room and dining room at the UW Manor are fully furnished, and the large backyard has ample tables and chairs. The only items you need to provide are those for your bedroom. Every bedroom has its own lock.

House for Rent

Yard Maintenance and Cleaning

At UW Manor, we have a professional cleaner come in once a month to clean all common areas. Yard maintenance is also provided throughout the year to maintain the beautiful front yard and enclosed private backyard, complete with decks, patios, and a large artificial turf lawn.
